A small selection of the books donated to the Pacific Beach Friends of the Library is set aside for our monthly Silent Auction. By bidding, buyers can decide for themselves how much they want to pay for these special books. The Silent Auction books are displayed outside the library in the glass display case that faces Cass Street, and in an indoor display case near the Circulation Desk.

Written bids are accepted in the Pacific Beach/Taylor Library, on the bulletin board near the photocopier. Bids are accepted until the last Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m. Winners are notified by phone, then have a week in which to pick up their books. Cash or check payments may be made at the Circulation Desk.
