Since not everyone is an active reader and library user, the Beach Reads wagon brings free donated paperback books to beachgoers during the warmer months. Each book comes with information about the Pacific Beach/Taylor Library's services and a map so people can find the library. Our hope is to remind non-readers that reading is fun—reading can even make a day at the beach better—and to educate non-library users about the broad range of services offered by the Library.
